This is a customer’s project with a custom body / artwork and a Japanese Fender neck. He has been bitten by the guitar building bug and I have been helping him out with his multiple projects along the way.
1965 Epiphone Olympic :: broken headstock reglue.
Once in three pieces, the guitar is now one again. But, there is going to be quite a bit filling in a slew of missing pieces in both the head and heel breaks before prepping for the spray booth.
1965 Epiphone Olympic :: neck-to-body repair. Guitar turns from a three piece to a two piece

1965 Epiphone Olympic :: headstock and heel break.
This player was at a jam session where he backed up and tripped over some gear. On the way down he caught his head on a counter top and was knocked out cold just before he and the guitar hit the ground. Ouch!
The next few nights will be spent fitting loose pieces and gluing the neck back together. Once glued up, I’ll address some missing pieces and prep for finish repairs. Nastiest neck break to come across my bench so far!
